Prepare your artwork
Work your way through our artwork checklist on the ‘How to provide your artwork’ webpage to ensure your artwork is print ready (as a trade service we do not check files) – this will avoid any unnecessary errors or delays.
Place your order  
Click on the price of the product you require and complete the order form ensuring the ‘job reference’ you enter is the same as your .PDF filename. Please note our turnaround times are based on full working days – the day we receive your order will not be including in your turnaround time unless we receive your order before 11am.
Send us your artwork  
After submitting your order, you will be sent an ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Take note of the ‘RC### ###’ No. and enter it in the file upload box and attach all the files here that correspond to the order. Click ‘Send’ when you have attached everything.
What happens next?  
Your order will automatically be booked into our job schedule and you will receive an confirmation email confirming your order has been processed and when it will be dispatched.
Your order is delivered  
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via overnight overnight courier the next working day after dispatch between the hours of 7.30am to 6.30pm (a signature will be required on delivery). Delivery only available within mainland UK and excludes Scottish Highlands.
